Southbank Showroom Reimagined

Schiavello’s Southbank showroom recently received a transformation, revealing brand new workplace solutions, a refreshed space, and advanced technology offerings.
The design refresh cultivates an environment to experience today’s evolving workplace. Malleability, acoustic privacy and technology integration were at the forefront of the design approach, represented through various work spaces.

Schiavello Design Studio Manager Nick Tennant lead the floor plan curation, introducing a number of new innovations with functional advancements, refined aesthetics and a refreshed colour palette.

A highlight is the latest evolution of Schiavello’s Focus Quiet Room collection, allowing clients to experience the scale, diversity of purpose as well as market leading acoustics. Multiple size rooms on display showcase the refined façade aesthetic along with new functionalities to enhance the user experience in terms of access, control and comfort.
As part of the expanded collection, the Phone Room Plus made it’s debut, offering more space for confidential phone and video calls, alongside a new optional height adjustable worktop to support standing or seated working styles. Winning Gold at the 2025 Best of Neocon Awards, the Phone Room Plus is designed to support solo work for longer, while maintaining a small footprint.

Other high-profile collections released include Totem, a drumbase table collection with integrated planters, Elevate a height adjustable desk & meeting table range, Nura Vision an intuitive workpoint touchscreen technology and an evolved edition of Vertical Garden, Schiavello’s leading indoor garden and shelving solution.

Thanks to full-height façade and a corner frontage, the entire space is bathed in warm,
bright natural light. Originally designed by Hecker Guthrie, light was a key feature in the showroom’s design, which avails of a variety of light sources to capture different moods throughout its different spaces.
“We sought to bring an architectural sensibility to the new Schiavello showroom, enhancing and augmenting the existing space with a play of different shapes and forms to draw attention to its contemporary context,” says Hecker Guthrie.

The showroom design and experience continues to present a bright, airy interior supporting the needs of today’s workplace and into the future.
Located on 35 Queensbridge Street Southbank, this showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. For more information visit https://schiavellofurniture.com/contact to make an appointment and experience Schiavello.
