Meet JLL’s reimagined Melbourne office
JLL’s newly completed Melbourne headquarters is a stunning example of balancing future-focused workspace design with a nod to local history.
Occupying two levels in the prestigious 101 Collins Street building, the global real estate company’s space pays homage to the city’s historic ‘Rag Trade’ – the booming textile manufacturing industry of the 1900s. The warm, refined palette is contrasted by cool toned and edgy finishes, reflecting the diverse urban fabric of the surrounding streets and laneways.
Continuing their long-term working relationship, JLL partnered with Schiavello to create integrated furniture solutions for the office’s two levels. Schiavello provided a suite of highly functional, sustainable furniture solutions, including Focus Quiet Phone Rooms, Neo workstations, Diffrient World task chairs, a Vecos smart locker system, Focus Booths and Aire Workstations and fold tables.
